Small Planet Airlines became a trusted United Nations’ carrier


European charter carrier Small Planet Airlines has registered with the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) as a potential provider of charter services. By joining the UNGM Small Planet Airlines aims to further expand its activity as a charter operator.

‘During the last several years we gained valuable experience and significantly increased our capabilities. Presently we operate flights from five EU countries and have recently received an Italian Air Operator’s Certificate. Participating in the UN tenders will allow us to further expand our flight geography and extend our business capabilities as well as contribute towards UN participation in global development missions.’, - stated the CEO of Small Planet Airlines Vytautas Kaikaris.

Small Planet Airlines is a member of Avia Solutions Group family. The company offers charter flights, aircraft and cabin crew lease services as well as tailor-made aviation solutions for tour operators and airlines. At the moment the Small Planet Airlines fleet consists of six Boeing 737-300 and two Airbus A320 aircraft. The company holds four air operator’s certificates and manages offices in Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, Italy and the Unites Kingdom.
