Dextre Wraps Up First ISS Repair



HOUSTON — Canada’s Special Purpose Dexterous Manipulator, a two-armed robotic handyman, completed its first repair effort outside the International Space Station early Aug. 30, changing out a remote power control module (RPCM), or circuit breaker.
