São José dos Campos, April 8, 2011 – Embraer will participate in the sixth AERO Friedrichshafen Trade Exhibition for General Aviation (www.aero-expo.com), April 13-16, in Friedrichshafen, Germany. The Company will showcase its award-winning Phenom 100 entry level jet and Phenom 300 light jet at the static display.

“We are pleased to exhibit the Phenom family, once again, at Europe’s major general aviation trade show,” said Colin Steven, Embraer Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Europe, Africa and the Middle East – Executive Jets. “As we step up deliveries of the Phenom 100 and are starting to deliver the Phenom 300 in various regions of Europe, Embraer’s market share is growing considerably.”

In 2010, the Phenom 100 was acclaimed as the most popular executive jet with 100 units delivered to customers throughout the world. Certified in December 2008, it can accommodate up to eight occupants with their luggage and, with a range of 1,178 nautical miles (2,182 km), including NBAA IFR fuel reserves, fly nonstop from Frankfurt (Germany) to Athens (Greece). The aircraft has proven to be the fastest jet and to have the largest baggage capacity in its category. The Phenom 100 recently received certification for the belted toilet, further improving its flexibility.

The Phenom 300, certified in December 2009, has already earned a reputation as a game changer in its first year of operation. With 26 units delivered, it was the world’s most delivered light jet in 2010. With a range of 1,971 nautical miles (3,650 km), including NBAA IFR fuel reserves, it can fly nonstop from Frankfurt to Moscow (Russia). It recently received certification for a new premium in-flight cabin entertainment (IFE) system, with individual seat monitors and an exclusively designed Cabin Management System (CMS).

Embraer’s Executive Jets portfolio also includes the super midsize Legacy 600, the new large Legacy 650, and the ultra-large Lineage 1000, which entered operation in 2009. Newcomers include the midsize Legacy 500 and midlight Legacy 450, currently under development.
