Embraer expands customer support network in India
The Company appoints Air Works as its Authorized Service Center for the Phenom family of executive jets in the country.
São José dos Campos, February 2011 – Embraer yesterday announced the appointment of Air Works Pvt Ltd as its Embraer Authorized Service Center (EASC) for Phenom executive jets in India. Headquartered in Mumbai with bases across India including Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai, Air Works has been certified by the DGCA to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for all Phenom 100 executive jets in the country as of January 2011.

In India, apart from the appointment of Air Works as a dedicated EASC for the Company’s Phenom family of executive jets, Embraer had appointed, in January 2009, Indamer & Co Pvt Ltd as its first authorized service center in India for all of the Company’s Legacy 600 as well as Phenom 100 aircraft in the country. Embraer has also appointed a Field Support Representative (FSR), based in Mumbai, to provide dedicated technical and maintenance support to all Embraer´s executive jets.
