TWC Aviation Completes Acquisition of ACM Aviation
Combined company to operate one of North America's largest charter fleets
LOS ANGELES (November 16, 2010)-TWC Aviation, Inc., an international leader in private jet aviation, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of ACM Aviation LLC. ACM Aviation is a worldwide aircraft charter and management company with operations centers at Mineta San Jose International Airport (KSJC) and Westchester County Airport (KHPN) in White Plains, New York. The combined company has 22 operating bases and manages one of the largest fleets of charter aircraft in North America.
