BAA Divestiture Order Called Into Question
The U.K. Competition Commission is open to revising its 2009 order that recommended divestiture of up to three BAA-owned U.K. airports. BAA has already sold one airport, Gatwick, to Global Infrastructure Partners for £1.51 billion.
