Embraer hosts regional conferences for executive jet operators
Events to be held in Abu Dhabi for the Middle East and Singapore for Asia Pacific
São José dos Campos, October 2010 – Embraer is holding its regional Executive Operators Conferences (EEOC) 2010 for Middle East and Asia Pacific customers. The Middle East conference will take place in Abu Dhabi, UAE, October 4-5 and will be dedicated to Legacy 600 and Lineage 1000 customers and operators. The Asia Pacific EEOC will take place in Singapore, October 7-8 and will be dedicated to Legacy 600 customers and operators. Both events will provide the latest technical, maintenance and flight operations updates for the Legacy 600 and the Lineage 1000.
“It is part of our commitment to provide Embraer Executive Jet customers with the best support for their operation,” said Antonio Martini Neto, Embraer Vice President, Customer Support & Services, Europe, the Middle East and Africa – Executive Jets. “The EEOCs provide a unique opportunity to meet our customers face-to-face and to strengthen our relationships. We are creating more opportunities to interact with customers in each region, and have already hosted similar events this year in France, USA and Brazil.”

This move, together with other initiatives undertaken in 2010, signals the Company's commitment to enhance the existing interaction with our operators and provide the best available service to them within the region.”
The establishment of the dedicated customer support team in Asia Pacific is augmented by the development of a sizeable stock of Executive Jet parts at Embraer's Regional Distribution Center in Singapore. This centralization of stock within Asia Pacific will allow for sharper performance and quicker turnaround times for replacement parts by customers in the region.
Complementing the build-up of parts in Singapore, investments have also been made to effectively equip Embraer’s authorized service centers in Asia Pacific region, with relevant parts stock for easier and quicker access to parts by customers operating in those countries.
