EAA Wants RTTF Access Compromise

The Experimental Aircraft Association on Sept. 23 formally submitted a compromise plan to FAA’s proposed ban on Residential-Through-The-Fence [RTTF] airport access agreements at federally funded airports.

The proposal was made to members of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
