Horizon To Contract Out Heavy Maintenance

Alaska Airlines subsidiary Horizon Air will contract out heavy maintenance for its entire fleet of 40 Bombardier Q400 and 15 CRJ 700 aircraft, work that had mainly been done in-house in Portland, Ore.
