ASA Bids To Acquire ExpressJet Holdings

WASHINGTON

SkyWest Inc. wholly owned subsidiary Atlantic Southeast Airlines intends to acquire ExpressJet Holdings Inc. for $133 million, if a merger agreement approved by both carrier’s boards is approved by regulators and ExpressJet stockholders.
