EAA AIRVENTURE 2010 VISITORS AT OSHKOSH, USA, WILL GET A TASTE OF EMBRAER’S NEWEST STATE-OF-THE-ART EXECUTIVE JETS
Phenom 300 will be displayed for the first time at the event, alongside the Phenom 100
São José dos Campos, July 20, 2010 – Embraer’s new shining star, the Phenom 300
light jet, featuring the most advanced avionics and the largest cabin in the category, will be
showcased to aviation aficionados at the 58th edition of the EAA AirVenture Oshkosh
(www.airventure.org). The event will be held at the Wittman Regional Airport (OSH)
Aviation Center, from July 26 to August 1.
The Phenom 100 entry level jet, certified in December 2008, will also be displayed at the
Company’s booth (#347) for the second consecutive year.
“Bringing the Phenom 300 jet for its first time to the EAA AirVenture is reason for
celebration for Embraer,” says Ernest Edwards, Embraer Vice President, Marketing and
Sales, USA, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean – Executive Jets. “The show will be a great
opportunity for us to share with visitors and customers the outstanding results obtained after
certification, last December, and to let them explore both aircraft’s avant-garde features.”
EAA AirVenture is open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Embraer will host a press briefing on
Wednesday, July 28, at 2 p.m., at the Company’s booth, to present an update on the
comprehensive portfolio and advancing programs.
