EMBRAER HOSTS PARIS CONFERENCE FOR ITS EXECUTIVE JET OPERATORS
Event to be attended by Phenom 100 and Legacy 600 customers and operators
São José dos Campos, June 15, 2010 – Embraer is holding its Executive Operators Conference (EEOC) 2010 for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) customers, June 15-17, in Paris, France. The sixth edition of the event will gather Phenom 100 operators from the region for the first time, and will also focus on support for the Legacy 600 executive jet.
“One year after the first Phenom 100 entered service in Europe, we are pleased to welcome
these new customers and operators to the strategic EEOC meeting, and also to strengthen our
relationship with Legacy 600 operators,” said Antonio Martini, Embraer Vice President,
Customer Support & Services, Europe, the Middle East and Africa – Executive Jets. “The
conference is an excellent opportunity for customers, operators, Embraer, and the authorized
service centers to network on experiences and ideas about the operation and maintenance of
these jets in the region, which already has over 50 Legacy 600 and 18 Phenom 100 operators,
totaling more that 120 Embraer aircraft.”
The super midsize Legacy 600 became the first member of the Embraer Executive Jets
portfolio to make its debut in the EMEA region, in 2002. Since then, five other members have
joined the family, with the entry level Phenom 100 and the ultra-large Lineage 1000 jets
entering service in 2009. In the second semester of 2010, the light Phenom 300 will arrive in
Europe. The new midsize Legacy 500 and midlight Legacy 450 jets will enter service in the
EMEA region in 2013 and 2014, respectively.
