FAA Proposes Civil Penalty For Atlas Air

The FAA is proposing $572,150 in civil penalties against cargo carrier Atlas Air, Inc. for allegedly operating one of its Boeing 747s with an improperly installed cockpit window and another 747 without an outboard engine pylon access panel door.
