Cathay Pacific Sends CFM56s To Iberia

Iberia Maintenance received the first CFM56-5C engine from Cathay Pacific on May 18 as part of a new, five-year MRO contract. Iberia will maintain the 49 CFM56 engines that power 11 Cathay Pacific Airbus A340-300 aircraft at its facility near Madrid Barajas airport. Monetary terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
