Legal representatives for Darby Aviation of Muscle Shoals, Ala., have responded with a lengthy, detailed denial of allegations originating at the FAA Birmingham, Ala., Flight Standards District Office (FSDO), some of whose employees, it says, are conspiring to see the company’s ruin.
