UBS: Fractional Aircraft Sales Still Down

The latest UBS Business Jet report finds that the fractional business jet market fleet was 66 percent sold at the end of August, excluding card programs. This is significantly lower compared to 71 percent a year ago and to the historical average of 73 percent. New share sales, including renewals, are off 50 percent from the recent peak in 2007....
