UK TRADE GROUPS JOIN FORCES

UK trade associations the Association of Police and Public Security Suppliers, the Defence Manufacturers Association (DMA) and the Society of British Aerospace Companies (SBAC) are to merge, effective from 1 October into AeroSpace, Defence and Security (ADS), representing 800 firms. SBAC chief executive Ian Godden will be chairman and DMA director general Rees Ward will be chief executive.
