The U.S. Army is pushing to bulk up its fleet of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). In the Fiscal 2010 defense budget, the Army asked for $651 million for three full MQ-1C Sky Warrior UAV systems from General Atomics-Aeronautical Systems (GA-ASI)—$401 million for 24 aircraft in the base budget and $250 million for another 12 in the overseas contingency operations budget....
