Embraer has widened its maintenance agreement with Abu Dhabi-based business aviation services provider Falcon Aviation Services to include the ultra-large Lineage 1000 executive jet.

Falcon became an Embraer authorised service centre in the Middle East last November taking responsibility for the Phenom 100 very light jet, light-cabin Phenom 300 and super midsize Legacy 600 business jets. The provider operates two Legacy 600s and is scheduled to take delivery of a third this year.

The company also has two Legacy 500 and four Phenom 300 jets on order, plus two Lineage 1000s. It is building an 8,000m² (86,100ft²) jet maintenance facility at Abu Dhabi's Bateen airport, which will be capable of accommodating up to three Lineage 1000s.
