SAS's Blue1 To Lay Off All Staff In Stages

Finnish airline Blue1, part of Scandinavian airlines SAS, said Wednesday it will temporarily lay off all staff due to weak demand.

The measures will be carried out in stages over the next few months and will not affect flight operations and services, Blue1 said in a statement.

The lay-offs, which also include top management, will last between two and four weeks, it said.

The firm employs 450 people.
